dubois:  Cape Schank, Victoria. a new 40 seat restaurant on the Mornington Peninsula. a 120m2 glazed pavilion dining room complete with an open fireplace that harmoniously extends from the original agricultural shed.

characterised by corrugated iron, Australian recycled timber and concrete. to infuse the warmth and texture into the interiors, we’ve utilised sustainable sourced timbers, terracotta toned brick and raw cast in-place concrete bench tops to name a few.

an open chef’s kitchen overlooking rows of seasonal market gardens. raw leather dining chairs, recycled timber joinery and furniture, a spacious wine bar and dining where the hand harvested produce will be transformed into delectable dishes.
